Orders are usually shipped by courier in 1 or 2 days after the receipt of payment.

After the shipment, you will receive a mail for tracking your order online. Just click on the link we’ll send you. We recommend providing a valid address in order to facilitate as much as possible the delivery.

The courier service delivers only during working days, not on the weekends (from Monday to Friday questo è inutile se scrivi working days). In case the shipment has not been delivered, the following day a second attempt will be made.

The articles are well packaged and protected with care.



We currently accept returns in case you’re not satisfied with the product (o your product doesn’t correspond to what you have ordered) within 7 days. It's possible to make returns in exchange for: refund (shipping costs excluded) a credit or change for another item (costs for the second shipping excluded)

This wizard will help you:

  • e-mail us (info@poshead.com) for request to return the purchased product
  • wait for our authorization
  • pack the product with the original covers, without forgetting the protecting bags for the item
  • insert the signed receipt on the back of the package
  • inform us that the package is ready and the address to pick it up
  • our courier service will pick it up
  • once we got the product and verified it is not damaged*, in case of withdrawal, we will proceed to refund you with the amount paid (shipping costs excluded). In case of replacement (with another item available in our shop) the difference in cost will be added or subtracted and the new product will be sent right away: the cost for the operation is 15$

* The withdrawal will happen via courier and the articles must be sent in perfect conditions, without any signs of use, and in their original package. Original labels must not be removed. If the instructions are not respected, you will be charged for any missing piece. We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges for special orders, customized items or custom-made pieces.

In case of faulty products it’s possible to return them within 3 working days. (please highlight the damage). We cover return costs.


Type of procedure for buying-in:

The safest and quickest way to pay is with PAYPAL: the sum will be charged directly from your personal account. If you don’t own a PAYPAL account, you will still be able to pay with your credit card. If you have a PAYPAL account it’s the safest method. The sum will be debited from the personal PAYPAL account. If you do not have it, you will pay with your credit card through PAYPAL account. Sensitive data are processed by PAYPAL.

It possible to pay by bank transfer by choosing between the options during your payment. After the confirmation order, you’ll receive an e-mail with our bank account details. The order will be sent after receiving the payment receipt.


To take care of and extend the life of your product, we recommend avoiding direct exposure to light (sun), heat and humidity, or any contact with substances containing oils or solvents.

For cleaning the product we suggest you to contact exclusively specialized centers.

When not in use, we recommend storing the product in the protective bag received with the purchase.
